Hi, I’m Dale!
I’m not your typical leadership coach - and that’s deliberate.
Over the past two decades, I’ve coached leaders at every stage of their journey, from first-time managers trying to find their feet to senior executives carrying the weight of entire organisations.
I’ve discovered something they all have in common. Leadership isn’t hard because people lack intelligence or capability. It’s hard because no one teaches you how to navigate the pressure, uncertainty and responsibility that comes with leading others.

Is this for first-time managers?
Yes. Leadership Amplifier™ is designed for leaders at different stages, including first-time managers finding their feet and experienced leaders who want to lead with greater confidence and intention. You will begin by understanding your own Leadership Motivational Profile, then build practical leadership skills you can apply immediately.
When does the program start?
The first live group coaching session is Wednesday 21 October 2026 at 6:30pm AEDT. Before then, you'll complete your Leadership Motivational Profile and private 90-minute strategy session with Dale. We'll then meet live every Wednesday at 6:30pm AEDT for six weeks.
Are the coaching sessions live? What if I cannot attend a live session?
Yes. The coaching sessions are live, online group sessions held weekly at 6:30PM AEDT, Melbourne Australia time. If you cannot attend a session, you will have access to the recording so you can catch up in your own time.
How much time should I allow each week?
Set aside 90 minutes for the live coaching session, plus around 60 minutes during the week to complete your reflection leadership challenge. The value of the program comes from applying what you learn between sessions.
What will I be able to apply at work?
Each week, you’ll apply what you’re learning to real leadership situations in your workplace. You’ll leave with practical resources, greater clarity on how you lead, and a focused 90-day Leadership Amplification Plan to keep the momentum going.
How is confidentiality handled?
Leadership Amplifier™ is designed to be a supportive and respectful space for open conversation. Participants are asked to treat personal experiences, challenges and discussions shared in the group as confidential.
Is there support between live sessions?
Yes. You will have access to the Leadership Amplifier™ community, where you can stay connected with other participants for support between live sessions.
Is there a guarantee?
No, there are no guarantees. I can give you sharp insight, practical tools, a profile that shows you where you create friction and where you build trust, and six weeks of honest coaching. What I cannot do is lead for you.
The leaders who get the most out of this are the ones who show up, do the work and apply what surfaces. If you are looking for a guarantee that leadership gets easier without doing the work, this is not that program.
